The Unchanging God, The God of Changes. The Unshakeable God, The God who Shakes. (Part 1)

Prophetic Utterance by Rev. Patsy Cameneti on 26 Nov 2006

This morning, even yesterday, I was praying for you. As I was praying for you, I got this verse of scripture.

Matthew 7:7-8

7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

If you ask, you will receive and this kept coming up in my heart…ministered to you before…it has to do with God’s plans for your life, God’s purposes for your life, God’s will for your life. He puts it in my heart just to remind you this…Ask, ask, ask Him what He has for you. Ask Him what He has to give to you, and then what you have to give to other people. Ask Him and you will receive. If you seek to know some things about not only Him, but what He has to say about who you are, you will find, so that you can really be who you are. It isn’t just who you are to Him but it’s then who you are to other people.

You have a part

Because when you are doing and functioning and being able to be all that you are and give all that you are, that is when the body of Christ is built up. Generally the whole body of Christ, but even in particular, this body of believers. It’s your connection to God, and your connection to other people. And I believe this, when I was praying, there are people, that you know that you don’t feel like you’re the most spiritual or most wonderful person in the whole wide world; you would be so surprised at what God would give you, to give someone else. And it would make all the difference for them. There are words that some of you are to speak to other people even in your own home or your own friends. But words of encouragement. There are words of help. There are even words to stir people up, not like mean words but to help people do the right thing. And it is important that we say the things that God tells us to say. Because sometimes when we’re praying for people, God does say some things directly to people’s hearts, but sometimes what He have you do, is speak those words and when somebody hears it with their ears, it matches what’s in their heart. But you need to say it, cos it’s in their heart. God is talking to people; God’s talking to them, but you know, it is not that clear. But when you say it, they’ll think, “How did you know that?” It just works that way. And it happens with words. Sometimes it happens with you doing something that God wants you to do. Connect with people that you need to connect with, be involved in the area that God wants you to be involved and then as you do, the church then isn’t just strong this way, but it gets stronger and stronger this way too…Amen, praise the Name of the Lord. Prayer Mission to Shanghai

October 2008

On 12th October, the pastoral team left for Prayer Mission to Shanghai.

This recent trip was an unusual one. We had the opportunity to pray with three other ministers.

The first afternoon when we prayed with Pastor T, the Spirit of God moved supernaturally amongst us. In fact, on his way to Shanghai, Pastor T told the Lord that he would not share with anybody about what he was going through. The Lord spoke this to him: “You will see My Mighty Acts”. Little did we know that he had actually gone through a very difficult time and even went without a salary for one and a half years. The Lord supernaturally provided for him through an offering which made it possible for him to come.

God ministered to Pastor T and the gifts of the Spirit were in operation. In prayer, we picked up concerning things to pray for him and the Spirit of God came upon him. Once a dynamic preacher, but he had now become sorrowful, was broken and hurt. Two months into his marriage, he had wanted to commit suicide. He requested that Pastor Yew Kwong lay hands and pray for him. When Pastor Yew Kwong laid hands on him, he declared that from that day onwards, Pastor T would never be the same again. The ministry of laying on of hands often helps to release people from their condition in the spiritual realm to move forward in the Lord.

A Spiritual Surgery

The following day, we continued praying with Pastor T and the other two ministers, Pastor Z and Preacher C. The Spirit of God was still moving on Pastor T. Both he and Preacher C were seated next to the window and both of them felt a gust of wind blow through. They looked around but were convinced that it was not the natural wind for there was no breeze whatsoever. They soon realized that it was the Wind of the Holy Ghost and were totally immersed in His manifested Presence. Pastor T fell backwards on his chair, and became drunk in the Spirit. His only concern was that he could not “get up” on time to catch his flight back to his hometown! Afterwards, he told us that God did a “spiritual surgery” on him. We can imagine to the worst degree what he went through that warranted a “surgery”. At the end of the two days’ stay in Shanghai, Pastor T was recharged and strengthened in the Lord again. He wrote to us on Skype after we returned to Singapore, that he was so thankful to the Lord for the time of ministry in Shanghai. And he still mentioned that had the Lord not reveal those things in prayer, he would tell no one about what he was going through. But God loves him too much to leave him status quo. He Himself ministered to him in His own special way and no wonder He spoke to him: “I will show you My Mighty Acts”. (more…)
