A Mother Who Had A Vision Of Her Son’s Impending Death

The pastoral team ministered the Word last week at a town, about 4 hours away from Kunming.

On this trip we met a sister who had lost her son recently. She related to us how her son died tragically in an incident two years ago.  Her son who was 26 years old then, was working as a software engineer.   One day he together with a few others, were entertaining an overseas client in Kunming.  The client had said something that offended a gangster who was there.  A fight broke out and this sister’s son was knifed and he died.

A Vision

Before this tragic event took place, she had a vision in prayer. In the vision she saw a dragon. She also saw a little boy struggling and was wrestling with this dragon.

After the incident happened, she received a call from the police who told her that her son was involved in an accident and was asked to go to Kunming as soon as she could.  She was however not informed that her son was already dead.  On her way to Kunming in a bus, she sensed in her spirit that her son had already left this world.  She then prayed to the Lord to receive him in heaven if it was really so.

Before this, she also had a dream about her son.  In the dream, she saw her son waving good bye to her from heaven.

Many Christians received revelations through dreams and visions, tongues and interpretation, direct revelations, but they did not know what to do.  Often circumstances were not changed because Christians did not know what was God’s purpose of giving them these revelations. Hence they did not know what to do with these revelations.

Just like this sister who had a vision concerning her son but lacked the knowledge of the authority of the believer to stop satan from destroying her son’s life.  There are others who also have the knowledge yet they lacked the wisdom and teaching as to how to apply the knowledge in different circumstances. Many lives were lost or retarded in many aspects due to this.

The Purpose of God’s Revelation

There is a purpose to what God is doing and in fact there is a purpose to why God is giving you a revelation.

Here are some things we need to do… (more…)

The Unchanging God, The God of Changes. The Unshakeable God, The God who Shakes.(Part 2)

Prophetic Utterance by Rev. Patsy Cameneti on 26 November 2006

I want to just pray for you. There is going to be a great infusion of grace that God means to get into some needy places and that is going to come through us…

Changes

Things are not as they were, but neither are they as they will be. There are many things that are in a process of change. You are in a process of change. There are families in a process of change. There are many things of this body that’s in a process of change. It is not as it was but it is not as it will be either.

Yesterday, things were different. Today they are different again but there is one thing that never will change, and it is Him. He is perfect and need not change. But we need to change, and are changing, to conform into His image and so you will change and things will change and people, as you know them, will change. Think not that a certain person will never change. Think not that a certain situation will never change. For change is exactly what His faithfulness can bring. His “unchangingness” will bring a change to everything that can change. His “unshakeableness” will bring a shaking to everything that can be. So that everything that cannot be shaken and what is in Him will remain.

There is going to be relationships changes. There is going to be all kinds of things change, that’s OK. There is going to be change in your thinking. Change in your emotions. Change in the way that you respond to certain things. Change in this situation and in that one. It is a change like from the night time to the day. Thank God, when it is night, that it can change to day. So it will seem in some people’s lives, it will seem like the sun comes up. He is in your heart and in your heart to stay, but it will seem like the sun comes up in your life. And it should be so because the Word of God even says, that the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn that shines brighter and brighter. So say not, and certainly not even think not, that things cannot change for you. No. Say concerning your life, say concerning specific areas of your life that is changing, that is changing, it is growing brighter and brighter till the full day.

Can you receive that from the Lord right now? Then put that in your mouth and say, “My life is getting brighter and brighter to the full of day.”

There are some doors for some of you guys that you’re going to have to, you’re going to have to knock on, or they’re not going to open. There’s some things about your future. It’s not going to open unless you knock on the door. In the same way that there are people’s doors, as you walk down the street, you see their doors, that they don’t just open just because you walk down the street. People don’t open their doors just because you stand on their doorstep.  Doors don’t open till you knock. There are some things in God for your life, for your destiny, are not going to open unless you knock. Say, how do you knock? Just ask, “God what is behind that door? What, what do you want me to think? What do you want me to do? Am I doing right now what you want me to do? Am I being right now prepared for something that’s on the other side of the door? Is there something that I should know? Ask God that. Am I missing something? Am I aware of everything you want me to be aware of right now?

The person on the computer…God’s got some things for you. I mean there’s some great things right now, but there’s some things on the other sides of doors, but you’ve gonna have to knock, and they are good enough that you gonna want to knock.  If you knew what’s on the other side of the door, you would bang. But then…it is so true,

you stir up divine intervention in your life by asking.

You don’t have to try  to get really spiritual or sense something. Just ask…just

that honesty from your heart triggers something in the heart of God. Your heart, the deep that is in your heart will call to the deep that’s in God’s heart. ASK. (more…)
