Never Look for Excuses to Any Decrease
God is a God of increase and He is the God of abundance.
John 10:10
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. NKJV
In God there is increase and God only increases us and does not decrease us. So in whatever we do if there is no increase then we need to ask God and not look for excuses to our decreases. He sent Jesus for us so that we may live life and live it more abundantly. Why? For God wants us to be a blessing. We cannot be a blessing to others if we continue to decrease. It is against the spiritual law of sowing and reaping. When we sow there is only increase if we believe.
2 Corinthians 9:10
bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness. NKJV
The purpose of the Body of Christ with Jesus as the Head is for increase. Every joint and ligament supplies so that there is increase from God.
Colossians 2:19
…the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God. NKJV
So if we have gotten the plan of God for our lives and walk in it, there should only be increase. And if we are decreasing or on the decline, we should not look for any excuses. Instead we should look for the reason why we are decreasing and find a solution to stop the decrease or decline.
God will reveal to us what is the cause of the decrease or decline. For God will always confront us with the nature of the problem and He will confront us with the nature of the solution. Only do not slip into denial. If we remain in denial we are not able to honestly face the facts of the matter. And we will not be able to accept the solution from God directly or indirectly from God through man.
When we are in denial we tend to look for excuses for the decrease. The Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth. He will guide us into the truth of the matter for us to rectify whatever is causing the decrease or decline. If we are out of the perfect will of God and only operating in His permissive will, then admit it. And get back into the perfect will of God!
